Refund policy

Need to send something back? You have 30 business days from the delivery date to return an item.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

All returns must be shipped to our return facility in China. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are typically around £35, depending on the shipping carrier and package size.

We do not charge any restocking fees. Once we receive your return, expect your refund to be processed within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. 

Need a different size or color? We accept exchanges. Just follow the return process and specify what you'd like instead.
