Current Workflow
We are a small company based in the Netherlands. We have a warehouse in the UK where we store some of our products to ensure fast and efficient dispatch of orders to the UK. Our days are filled with sourcing products, wrapping and posting to our customers and emailing our existing customers to respond to their queries. We research all available information about the products we are purchasing (such as sizes, fabrics and supplier details) before we add them to the site. Once products have been added to the site we pin them to the appropriate section of the site. In addition to assembling the product, our team can also provide assistance with customer service and general correspondence for order acknowledgments, shipping notifications and general inquiries as needed.
